User Agreement

    Welcome to KFC Delivery Online Ordering Service, the service (hereinafter referred to as "our services"). includes but not limited to KFC Delivery Internet Ordering Service, KFC Delivery Mobile App Ordering Service and other ordering platform developed with Internet-based or mobile-based (such as KFC Delivery Mobile Ordering Website). Please make sure to read this User Agreement (including the Privacy Policy and Legal Term), we provide our services subject to the following conditions. If you start to use our services, it will be regarded that you fully agree and accept this User Agreement.
    Our services may expand, therefore sometimes you will be subject to some additional terms or requirements applicable to those services. Additional terms will be provided with related services, and once you start to use this service, the additional terms will aplly as part of the agreement that we align. This User Agreement applies to your using of our services now and future. We reserve the right to modify the terms of this User Agreement or related terms and will update and publish the revised version. All modifications will not be effective for previous activities. However, new features of the service or modification due to legal reasons will be effective immediately. If you do not agree to the modification of the terms, please avoid using our services.
1. Our Service & Responsibility
1.1. Basic Service
●KFC Delivery will apply specific menu. Delivery Menu, delivery items& prices may vary due to the location of the store or city and time period. Breakfast and mid-night dinner will only be available in certain KFC delivery territory. KFC Delivery is entitled to adjust the menu without prior notice.
● To ensure product quality, KFC Delivery Service has delivery territory (details please refer to the notice in official website). If you address beyond delivery territory, please forgive us that we cannot offer our service.
● No minimum purchase required, no tips.
● Standard delivery fee is charged for every delivery order in principle.
● Product, price & delivery fee are subject to adjustment without further notice. Detailed information please refer actual ones during ordering.
● Once Force Majeure occurs, KFC Delivery is entitled to stop providing relative services.
1.2. About Ordering
● When you are using our services, please refer to KFC Delivery Website(www.4008823823.com.cn ) or KFC Delivery Mobile Application and etc. for products, prices, delivery fee, etc.
● Actual Products and packaging is as is.
● If your order amount is above 300 Yuan (excluding online payment users), we will call you to confirm your order and delivery time. If we cannot contact you in 30 minutes, your order will be considered as invalid automatically. Please order again.
● After you have successfully submitted your order, confirmation information will be promptly informed on the page. In addition, you can also check order in “Order Check" for all order information and delivery process.
● Online ordering only accept intraday reservation order.
● Online ordering do not accept order revision or cancellation, please confirm the order in detail before submitting. Once the order is submitted, it is dispatched to store instantly and staff will prepare food immediately. For any revision or cancellation, please call us at 4008823823 for help in 5 minutes.
● Please do not submit your order twice to avoid confusion to our store or become a Re-order.
● For temporary food shortage, delivery summit, traffic jam or other situations that may lead to delivery delay, we will call you immediately to solve it. Thank you for your understanding.
1.3. Promotion Items
● Before you complete the online ordering, we will automatically list the qualified promotion items according to your order and total amount. And you can choose to add them or give up. The total amount of the order will be recalculated based on final confirmation of your order & promotion items.
● If you add, reduce or delete certain order, your special offers may be accordingly adjusted or deleted.
● Some special offers are only for certain store, system will automatically list the special offers you can enjoy.
● All dining coupons cannot be used for KFC Delivery.
1.4. Payment Method
● We provide three payment methods including cash on delivery, KFC Delivery Cash vouchers and online payment (Paypal instant paying transactions) . They are respectively applied for different online ordering methods.
● Cash on Delivery： Applied to all KFC Online Ordering Service.
● KFC Delivery Cash Vouchers: Applied to KFC Internet Ordering Service
● Online payment (Paypal instant paying transactions: Applied to KFC Online Ordering Service
    If you choose online payment and paid successfully and then you modified your order by phone, if the amount of new order is inconsistent with the original one, you need to pay total amount of the new order, and apply for refund via online banking or Paypal. We will return you the amount of original order as soon as possible. According to different regulations provided by banks and Alipay , the refund period is usually no more than one month. If the amount of the new order consistent with the original order amount, the original online payment is still valid.
    For online payment and payment successful users, after you have received and checked your order, please sign on the confirmation page that your order is completed.
1.5. Email and SMS Service
    In order to keep you updated of our menu, new products, offers, promotions and other information in a convenient and timely way, and better enjoy Yum Group delivery service, if you agree, we will occasionally send e-mail to your mailbox. Meanwhile, we will also send the message to your mobile phone. Receiving the above information is free of charge. We provide unsubscribe option, If you do not choose unsubscribe; it means you agree that we can continue to send you such information.
2. Your (user) Responsibility
    When you use our services, you can choose whether to submit personal information or not. If you do, it means you accept the terms of our privacy policy. Your personal information and privacy will be respected and is confidential. Please fill in your personal information correctly, including name, gender, delivery address, contact number, mailbox, etc.
    We have no intention to offer online ordering service or collect personal information to those who are under 18 years old. Parents or guardians shall undertake primary responsibility for their privacy right under network environment. Parents and guardians shall monitor or supervise their use of our services. Since our services are unable to identify who are under 18 years old, if they are using our services, it will be regarded that they have obtained parents or guardian approval. Any related consequences should be undertaken by parents or guardian.
    KFC Delivery has the right to refuse providing service to users who has dishonest records.

    You can choose to set password to protect your order account safety. When you enter correct email/phone and password for your order online, your personal information will be displayed in full. If you choose not to set password, based on the e-mail or telephone you entered, the system will automatically list criteria matched delivery address or other information. In order to protect privacy, in such circumstance, some of characters or letters of your personal information will be replaced by *.
4. Exclusion clause
    Our services do not need to take any responsibility for the following situations
● Personal information disclosure arising from your telling others’ your personal information or you share accounts with others.
● Any personal information loss, misuse, alteration or destruction caused by irresistible factors, such as hacker attacks, computer viruses, mobile viruses or attacks, temporary closure caused by government regulation, that affected the normal operation of the network.
● Personal Information disclosure or legal dispute and consequences arising from your link to other service website, mobile website or other mobile APP.

    The trademarks, service marks, designs, text or logo and related intellectual property involved in our services are owned or have obtained all duly authorization by Yum Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. or its affiliates (hereinafter: Yum) . They are all protected by law. Without obtaining Yum or relevant third party’s authorization, no one can use them, including but not limited to: reproduce, copy, modify, publish, , transmit, distribute the text , image, audio, video, image & etc. involved in our services. Otherwise, you have to undertake the corresponding legal responsibility. Using our service does not allow you to own our services or intellectual property of the content. The terms also do not grant you any right to use any trademark, logo, design, text involved in our services.
    We try to offer services that commercially reach the reasonable level of skill &duty. Hope you like our service, but we cannot make promise for certain issues about our services. Therefore, within the scope of law, we do not give any express or implied warranty for information accuracy and timeliness of our services. Our services do not accept such liability that direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from your access to or use of our services. Please use legitimate software and equipment.
    You shall not deliver or distribute information and comments involving slander, defamation, disinformation, pornography or other illegal & immoral information. We are entitled to supervise and rectify any above mentioned information and we do not take on any responsibilities regarding above activities.
